Redmi K60 series more details emerge ahead of launch

As seen in the promo posters above, this is what the Redmi K60 Pro will look like. The brand has confirmed that the Redmi K60 Pro will house a Sony IMX800 sensor with OIS support. The same sensor has been used in the brand’s flagship Xiaomi 13 Pro as well. Furthermore, Redmi has showcased the design of the standard Redmi K60 as well.

Alongside the Redmi K60 series, Redmi will also take the wraps off a new Redmi Note 12 series smartphone, dubbed the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition. The device will feature a Snapdragon 778G processor, an OLED panel, and MIUI 14 out of the box.

Not just these smartphones, Redmi will also launch the Redmi Watch 3 on December 27th, which will feature a 1.75-inch AMOLED display. The Redmi Band 2 with a 1.47-inch display and 9.99mm thickness will also launch on the same day. Lastly, the brand will take the wraps off its Redmi Buds 4 Lite on December 27th.

Redmi K60 Pro specifications (expected)

The Redmi K60 Pro will feature a 2K AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the device will be the latest flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which will be coupled with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS4.0 storage.

Coming to the cameras of the device, the Redmi K60 Pro will sport a triple rear camera setup with OIS support. In terms of software, we can expect the Redmi K60 Pro to boot Android 13-based MIUI 14 skin out of the box. Lastly, the Redmi K60 Pro is tipped to feature a 5,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
