Redmi Note 11 tipped to come with 120W fast charging, much like Xiaomi 11T Pro | 91mobiles.com

The Redmi Note series is one of the biggest selling mid-range lineups in India and Xiaomi religiously updates it every year. The next Redmi Note series, possibly called the Redmi Note 11, is now rumoured to be capable of 120W fast charging. The Redmi Note 10 was a well-rounded package and offered a tremendous value for money proposition. With the Redmi Note 11 series, we may see some features that were previously seen only on flagship Xiaomi phones.

Redmi Note 11 and Xiaomi 11T Pro could have this in common

The Redmi Note 11 coming with 120W fast charging was first mentioned by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo. It seems, however, that the 120W fast charging feature will be reserved for the top-end Redmi Note 11 models. Digital Chat Station also emphasises on “high configuration model” which means you can expect the Redmi Note 11 Pro and Pro Max models to get the feature. As of now, Xiaomi offers 120W fast charging support on the Xiaomi 11T Pro and Xiaomi MIX 4.

Back in July, some Redmi Note 11 concept renders surfaced on the Internet. Technizo Concept and LetsGoDigital brought out renders showing what the Redmi Note 11 Pro model could look like. At the front, the Redmi Note 11 will probably carry forward the full-screen display with a hole punch cutout for the front camera. The back panel of the glass sandwich will see some design changes. Xiaomi may drop the rounded rectangle camera housing in favour of a more squared-off one. The renders also show a traditional layout for the buttons that means the power and volume keys are on the right-hand side of the device and the sim-tray occupies a position on the left.
