In the teaser posted yesterday, Xiaomi has shared an image showing the Redmi Note 11S camera setup and confirmed the Purple colour option. Today’s leaked render, published by Xiaomiui, reveals the smartphone would house a quad-camera island with a LED flashlight at the back. We can see a centred punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and somewhat thick bezels on the front. All in all, the design seems reminiscent of many Xiaomi/ Redmi smartphones we have seen in the past, with minor tweaks or updates.

Previously, the same publication has reported that Redmi Note 11S is being developed under the codename ‘miel’ and will bear model numbers 2201117SI and 2201117SG.

It is expected to flaunt a 90Hz display and boot Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 skin out of the box.

As for the cameras, Redmi Note 11S will reportedly house a quad-camera setup, consisting of a 108MP Samsung HM2 sensor, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens, a 2MP OV2A OmniVision macro unit, and a 2MP bokeh lens. On the front, it could feature a 13MP selfie shooter.
