The Redmi Note 11T 5G will be the first Redmi Note 11-series device in India. Xiaomi today sent media invitations for the device’s launch event which will be held on November 30th. The invite also calls the phone a ‘Next Gen Racer’, suggesting the device could be targeted at power users and gamers. They also showcased an official webpage teasing the new Redmi Note 11T 5G, which also shows off the two colours for the smartphone – silver and green.

We earlier did an exclusive, which confirmed that the upcoming Redmi Note 11T 5G will be powered by the Dimensity 810 SoC from MediaTek. This octa-core chipset is clocked at 2.4GHz and has been fabricated using the 6nm process and is made specifically for dual-SIM 5G capabilities. The processing power will be shared along with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. It will be available in three configurations, which will include 6GB+64GB, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB models to choose from.
The Redmi Note 11T 5G will feature a 6.6-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. This will be backed up by a 5,000mAh battery that will offer fast charging up to 33W. On the optics front, the Redmi Note 11T 5G will deploy a 50MP primary camera at f/1.8 aperture and will be accompanied by an 8MP Ultra-wide camera. For selfies, the smartphone will have a 16MP sensor.
The phone is also expected to run on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on top of it. The webpage created by Xiaomi shows that the new model will include features including a faster processor, charging, higher screen refresh rate, and an upgraded camera over the Redmi Note 10T 5G.
Redmi Note 11T 5G price in India (expected)
The Redmi Note 11T 5G is expected to launch at a price tag of 16,999 in India for its base variant. The folks over at Money Contro have confirmed that it will start to retail for the same price for the 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. The report further adds that the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model will be priced at Rs 17,999, while the top model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, will come at Rs 19,999. If these prices turn out to be true, then the sub 20,000 smartphone bracket will get interesting with the launch of the Redmi Note 11T 5G.
