Returnal: Playstation Exclusive Is Finally Coming to PC on February 15; LittleBigPlanet Brings Sackboy to Mobile Soon

Returnal is set to release on PC on February 15, 2023. The Housemarque and Sony Interactive Entertainment game will have a number of new features for players on the platform.

Returnal will support Nvidia DLSS and AMD FSR, which will allow players to increase their framerate without compromising on quality. Nvidia Image Scaling (NIS) is also added to the game, which means players with less powerful hardware will also see some performance gains.

Ray-traced shadows and reflections support is also added to Returnal’s PC version. The dark setting of the game along with the neon aesthetics will pop out even better than before. Ultrawide at 21:9 and super ultrawide at 32:9 support is also added to the game.

As for audio, Returnal supports Dolby Atmos’ 5.1 and 7.1 3D audio solutions and custom ray-traced audio. The DualSense controller also works with full haptic feedback and adaptive trigger support.

Ultimate Sackboy coming to mobile

Sony has announced that Ultimate Sackboy is coming to Android and iOS devices on February 21. The endless runner game is developed by Exient and features Sackboy, the character from LittleBigPlanet. The simple gameplay involves jumping and avoiding obstacles while collecting power-ups. The game will contain ads and in-app purchases, which was to be expected from a mobile game like this. The plot of the game features Sackboy competing in an “Ultimate Games” competition. You can pre-register for Ultimate Sackboy on Google Play now.
