Synopsis

A messy divorce case, ownership stake, and accusations of unscrupulous transactions are in play at Zoho Corp, one of India’s successful SaaS companies. Pramila Srinivasan, Zoho CEO Sridhar Vembu’s wife, has alleged that Vembu gave Zoho’s shares for “token amounts” to his siblings. One of them is Radha Vembu, who owns nearly half of Zoho, valued around USD5 billion-USD 6 billion.
