RUMOR: She-Hulk Audition Tape Reveals Potential Arrival of a Mutant to the MCU
Following the release of the Oscar Isaac-led Moon Knight TV show later this month, Disney+ will have its next major project in the Tatiana Maslany-led She-Hulk show.
Not much is known about the show’s plot and setting. However, the show will include a ton of new characters lead by Maslany who will be playing the protagonist in Jennifer Walters aka She-Hulk. Along with that, the show will also feature an original six Avenger in Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner or for the casual fans, the angry green monster known as the Hulk.
British actress Jameela Jamil is also a part of the cast as she plays the villain in Titania. While not much is known about the rest of the cast, it seems like the show might feature a mutant according to a new leak.
Recently, Cosmic Circus found an audition tape of actor Tom Archdeacon playing the role of a “Marvel villain.” In the alleged tape, Archadeacon is talking to two female lawyers about his divorce case.
In the tape, Archadeacon further states that he’s immortal to the lawyers, and additionally, he called himself as Doctor Revive instead of his actual name of Ryan Smith. This leads to frustration for one of the lawyers who loses her cool in front of Smith.
This coincides with a recent Reddit leak on r/MarvelStudiosSpoilers, which stated that the show will feature a character by the name of Mister Immortal, who is a divorce client handled by Jennifer Walters’ firm.
In the world of Marvel comics, Mister Immortal is a mutant, who has the power of regeneration, and with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness rumored to be opening up the door for the addition of mutants in the MCU, it seems like Marvel might soon be introducing more of them in shows like She-Hulk.
Fans might want to take this rumor with a grain of salt, however if it is true, then fans should expect to see more mutants in the near future.
