NEW DELHI: Samsung Galaxy A03s is official. Consumer electronics giant Samsung has launched its latest budget smartphone — Galaxy A03s in India. The smartphone comes with a haze and matte-finished textured body. It houses a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor. The smartphone runs Android 11 operating system and is backed by a 5000mAh battery.
Price and availability
Samsung Galaxy A03s comes in two variants — 3GB+32GB priced at Rs 11,499 and the 4GB+64GB priced at Rs 12,499. The smartphone can be purchased in blue, black and white colour options. The smartphone will be available on all the leading online and offline stores in the country.
As part of the launch offers, the Samsung Galaxy A03s customers can get easy payment options via NBFC partners. Also, ICICI debit and credit cardholders can opt for financing from Samsung Finance+, Bajaj Finance or TVS and can avail cashback of Rs 1,000.
At this price point, the smartphone will face competition from Xiaomi Redmi 9 Power which comes with a starting price tag of Rs 10,999.
Samsung Galaxy A03s specifications
Samsung Galaxy A03s features a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 720×1560 pixel resolution. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor coupled with 3GB/4GB of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy A03s comes in two storage options — 32GB and 64GB. Users can further expand the storage up to 1TB by adding a microSD card. The dual SIM smartphone runs Android 11 operating system topped with Samsung’s own layer of One UI.
Samsung Galaxy A03s sports a triple rear camera setup with a 13MP main sensor with f/2.2 aperture, 2MP depth and 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. The front is home to a 5MP selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture.
The smartphone houses a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
