Samsung Galaxy A14 4G likely to debut in three colour options – Times of India

Samsung is reportedly working on unveiling multiple mid-range and budget phones after its flagship Galaxy S23 series. Along with this, the company is also planning to unveil two Samsung smartphones under its affordable section- – Galaxy A14 and Galaxy M54 5G – – which have already appeared on the BIS certification website.
According to a report by WinFuture, the Samsung Galaxy A14 4G (SM-A145F) will debut in Black, Green, and Silver colour options, similar to the Galaxy A14 5G.
As per the leaked specs, the Galaxy A14 4G is said to be slightly thinner than the Galaxy A14 5G. Samsung will reportedly launch the Galaxy A14 4G smartphone in Europe by March 2023. The smartphone is expected to come at a starting price of €200 (approximately Rs 17,780).
Samsung Galaxy A14: Expected specifications
The Galaxy A14 will be introduced as the successor to the Galaxy A13 smartphone, which was launched in early 2022. Depending on the region, the upcoming device might come powered by different chipsets. The first variant could be powered by Samsung Exynos 1330 chipset (yet unannounced), while the second model is likely to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset.

The Galaxy A14 is expected to sport a 6.8-inch full HD+ IPS panel. In addition, it could feature a triple camera setup with a 50MP primary camera and a 13MP selfie camera. The smartphone is also rumoured to pack a 5,000mAh battery unit.
Samsung rolled out the first security patch for the Galaxy A14 5G smartphone in India. The update for the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G comes with firmware version A146BXXU1AWA2 which brings along the January 2023 security patch that fixes approximately dozens of security vulnerabilities, including those in Samsung Knox and Secure Folder. Additionally, the update may also include general bug fixes, improvement in performance and additional optimisations.
