Samsung Galaxy A34 5G specs leaked: What the smartphone may offer – Times of India

Samsung may be planning to expand its A-series smartphone portfolio with new mid-range models. The South Korea-based tech giant is reportedly working on the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G handset which will succeed last year’s Galaxy A33 5G device. The upcoming smartphone recently bagged Bluetooth certification and the South Korean model of the phone also got listed in Geekbench’s database.
According to a report by Sammobile, a tipster named Yogesh Brar has revealed some of the key highlights of the Galaxy A34 5G. Here’s what to expect from Samsung’s next-generation of mid-range smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy A34 5G: Expected specs and features
Samsung’s next mid-range smartphone may arrive with almost similar specs to its predecessor. However, there will be slight variations to the upcoming model. The Galaxy A34 5G handset may sport a 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display that may support a 90Hz refresh rate.

As per the report, the device is likely to be powered by the 5nm Exynos 1280 chipset. However, it is important to note that the South Korean variant that was spotted on the Geekbench listing featured a MediaTek SoC under the hood. The Galaxy A34 5G is expected to offer two different RAM (6GB and 8GB) and storage variants (128GB and 256GB).
For optics, the upcoming device is rumoured to house a triple rear camera setup that may include a 48MP primary unit with OIS support, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 5MP macro sensor. The device is also likely to feature a 13MP front shooter for selfies and video calls.
Galaxy A34 5G is expected to be available in four different colour options — Graphite, Lime, Violet, and Silver. The upcoming handset is expected to be equipped with an in-display fingerprint scanner while the phone may run OneUI 5.0 based on Android 13 out of the box. Apart from this, the smartphone is also rumoured to pack a 5,000mAh battery that may support 25W charging support and IP67 water resistance.
