Samsung Galaxy F22 price slashed: New price, offers and more – Times of India

If you were waiting to purchase a budget smartphone from Samsung, then this may be the best time to do so. Samsung has slashed the price of its affordable Galaxy F22 smartphone. Launched last year, the smartphone comes in two variants and both of them have got a price drop.

Samsung Galaxy F22 comes in two variants — 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB priced at Rs 12,499 and Rs 14,499 respectively. Both the versions have got a price cut of Rs 2,000. Customers can now purchase the 4GB version at Rs 10,499 and the 6GB variant at Rs 12,499. The smartphone comes in Denim Blue and Denim Black colour options. Customers purchasing the smartphone can also get cashback of Rs 1,000 ICICI Bank credit card.

Samsung Galaxy F22 has a 6.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display. The phone’s screen has a refresh rate of 90Hz and offers high brightness mode of 600 nits. The smartphone comes with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and features Dolby Atmos support.
The handset is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core processor. Samsung Galaxy F22 houses a 6,000mAh battery and comes with a 15W USB-C fast charger. The device can support up to 25W charging. Samsung claims that the phone can deliver 130 hours of music playback, 40 hours of talk time, 25 hours of video playback and 24 hours of internet usage time.
Samsung Galaxy F22 runs on the company’s own UI 3.1 based on Android 11. As far as the camera is concerned, the handset boasts of a quad-camera setup at the back. It is equipped with a 48MP main camera with ISOCELL Plus technology and GM2 sensor, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens with a 123-degree field of view, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth camera.
At the front, the device comes with a 13MP selfie camera. Galaxy F22 comes with camera modes like Hyperlapse, Slow motion, Food Mode, Pro mode and AR zone.
