Samsung Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ camera issues
S23 and S23+ camera: users complaining about permanently out of focus areas in pictures, banana shaped from GalaxyS23
According to the users, the 50MP rear camera on both smartphones appears to struggle with keeping the entire scene in focus. They said that while the centre of the scene appears sharp and focused, the photos are blurry on the sides and edges.
Citing Notebook Check, a report mentioned that the country of origin and manufacturing do not usually affect camera quality, so this may be a one-off issue that affects only some units. Some users said this was also a problem on the Galaxy S22 series, but it was not reported at the time. It is said that the Ultra models are unaffected, most likely due to a different camera setup. However, some users mentioned similar faulty issues in the top-end variant of the series.
A new update to improve Samsung Galaxy S23 lineup cameras
On the other hand, tipster Ice Universe on Twitter claimed that the South Korean tech giant is prepping to bring a big update for the Samsung Galaxy S23 lineup smartphones in order to enhance their camera setup. As per the tipster, the Night Mode will be one of the features that will be improved in the upcoming update. We’re assuming this issue will also be addressed in the update.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 series was launched recently at a starting price of Rs 74,999 for the Galaxy S23.
