Samsung has already confirmed that it will launch the new foldable smartphones at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event. This includes the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 foldable devices. Apart from these smartphones, the company is also likely to launch its new Galaxy Watch 6 series and Galaxy Tab S9 lineup as well.
Rumours suggest that both the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 foldable smartphones will feature Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Moreover, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 will be the only foldable smartphone to arrive with an S Pen.

The smartphone is likely to sport a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED display that may support a 120Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy Z Fold 5 may also pack a 4400mAh battery unit and is expected to run Samsung’s One UI 5.1 layer based on Android 13 OS.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 may boast a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a pixel resolution of 1080×2640. The smartphone may also have a 3.4-inch outer screen. The Z Flip 5 may arrive in two storage variants — 256GB and 512GB and a dual rear camera setup. The smartphone is expected to pack a 3700mAh battery and may also run One UI 5.1 skin.
