Samsung may unveil Galaxy XCover 6 Pro and Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro in July: Report – Times of India

Samsung could unveil the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro and Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro on July 13, as per a report by SamMobile, based on an email by the South Korean tech giant to its partners which speaks of an online event on the mentioned date.
The Galaxy XCover 6 Pro would be a rugged device, as is the Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro. The former is expected to come with removable batteries.
The XCover 6 Pro is expected to have a powerful build and based on the supposed leaked renders, will have a water drop notch and a prominent chin. Speaking of the technical specs, the device could come powered with the Snapdragon 778G chipset coupled with 6GB RAM. It is also rumoured to feature a full HD+ display and sport a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro tablet is also believed to come with rugged looks with thick bezels. It is also speculated to ship with the S-Pen support. With rugged builds and a swappable battery in the case of the XCover 6 Pro, the devices are designed keeping the outdoor project locations and industries in mind.
These devices are meant to be used on the field and we can expect Samsung to give them highly durable builds so that they come out unscathed from falls and bumps against hard surfaces.
