South Korea-based consumer electronics brand Samsung has announced that it will soon be launching a new variant of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G smartphone in India. The new variant, as announced by the company, will be revealed this month.
“Designed to deliver the best of Samsung’s flagship experience to young Galaxy Fans, the S21 FE 5G is power-packed with premium “S” series features. Samsung Galaxy S21 FE comes with an eye-catching design, powerful performance, a flagship pro-grade camera, and seamless ecosystem connectivity,” the company said in a statement.
Samsung has also revealed that the new Galaxy S21 FE 5G will be powered by a 5nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with Adreno 660 GPU to boost the gaming capabilities of the device. The handset is confirmed to come with 256GB of internal storage capacity. The expanded storage capacity will ensure that users can effortlessly store their favourite photos, videos, apps, and files without worrying about running out of space.
Customers can register their interest in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G at Samsung India website. The webpage also has a Notify Me button in case a user wants to receive updates.
To compare, the current model of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G is powered by a 5nm Exynos 2100 processor and has a battery capacity of 4,500mAh. The handset comes with wireless power share and wireless fast charging 2.0 and supports 25W Super-Fast charging. The IP68 rating makes the smartphone dust and water resistant.
The 8GB+128GB variant of Galaxy S21 FE 5G is priced at ₹49,999 and the 8GB+256GB variant at ₹53,999. It is currently selling at ₹39,999 on Flipkart for the 8GB+128GB model. The smartphone sports a 12MP ultra-wide lens, 12MP main lens along with an 8MP telephoto sensor. The smartphone gets a 32MP front camera. The camera system comes with Dual Recording, Portrait Mode, Enhanced Night Mode and 30X Space Zoom.
In a separate news, Samsung is also planning to launch a new M series phone in the country. The company will unveil Samsung Galaxy M34 5G on July 7.
