The Marvel Cinematic Universe has been around for more than a decade, and it recently had its first f-bomb in James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Star-Lord, played by Chris Pratt, dropped it during a car scene on Counter-Earth. Now, MCU has its second f-bomb delivered by the king of f-bombs, Samuel L. Jackson himself. It happened during episode 3 of Secret Invasion, and it was a car scene again. Interestingly, you will not find it in the English version of the episode, which is why you did not notice it when it happened.
Samuel L Jackson MCU f-bomb
Remember the scene between Nick Fury and Talos are in the car, talking about the relationship shared by dogs and humans, and Fury said “mother dog”? Yep, that is not what he said in another version of this episode. Episode 3’s German dub has Samuel L. Jackson dropping his iconic ‘motherfucker’ catchphrase, as spotted by ScreenRant. The scene featured Fury and Talos having a conversation about how Talos finds it weird that humans pick up dog poop after their pets.
Fury replied to Talos’ surprise that he has also been picking up Talos’ poop for 30 years on Earth, implying that he has been cleaning up the mess created by Skrulls on the planet. Talos replied, “That’s rich”. Fury then dropped the f-bomb, saying “ah, the truth’s a mother dog, isn’t it?” That is the released English version though. The german audio version features Fury saying “motherfucker” instead.
To see and hear it for yourself, you have to switch to the German language on Disney+. Sadly, viewers in India will not get to hear Fury say it since there is no option to switch to the German language in the app in India.
Nick Fury said f-word to Tony Stark in Iron Man movie
This is actually not Nick Fury’s first f-bomb though. The actor said the f-word all the way back at the start of MCU for the Iron Man movie post-credit scene. However, that obviously never made it to the released version. Here’s a look at Samuel L. Jackson in his element, saying “Nick Fury motherfucker” to none other than Tony Stark.
