Sennheiser IE Pro series earphones launched in India at a starting price of Rs 9,900 – Times of India

German audio brand Sennheiser has launched IE Pro series earphones in India. The company has unveiled IE 100 Pro wired earphones along with IE 100 Pro wireless earphones. It has also announced IE 100 BT connector which can be purchased separately. The connector features a built-in microphone, remote for call and music control and a battery life of up to 10 hours.
Sennheiser IE 100 Pro wired earphones carry a price tag of Rs 9,900. The wireless model is priced at Rs 11,900. The new earphones will go on sale in the country from July 26 onwards via Amazon.
The Bluetooth connector, on the other hand, will retail at Rs 7,900.
Sennheiser IE Pro series earphones specifications
Sennheiser’s new IE 100 Pro wireless earphones feature an in-ear design. It is equipped with AptX low latency codec. The company says that the earphones offer a natural, warm and precise sound monitoring that allows performers to fine-tune their performance with ease.
The device is equipped with silicone and memory foam ear tips that offer a snug and comfortable fit. The in-ears come in Black and Red colours. It sports a reinforced ear-hook and detachable cable with patent-pending, break-proof connector.

The IE 100 Pro comes with a USB Type-C cable which is claimed to charge the Bluetooth connector in 1.5 hours.
The earphones succeed the IE 40 Pro. The IE 100 Pro retains the same transducer and frequency response of its predecessor. It also features stage-proof internal cable duct as the IE 400 Pro and IE 500 Pro.
The new IE Pro features a twisted mono cable which the company says can suppress structure-borne noise to great extent. It can be used with the right or left earpiece, this giving users a single-sided broadcast solution for live moderation, correspondents and ENG applications.
