BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Six Mid-South Conference Teams are mentioned in the first regular season NAIA Football First Down PlayBook Top 25 Poll, the NAIA announced on Monday.

Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) sits atop the poll with 418 points and all 18 first-place votes. The Blue Raiders are 2-0 this season and face St. Andrews (N.C.) on September 25.

Reinhardt (Ga.) moved up one spot in the poll to No. 7.  The Eagles earned 305 points in the poll and are 1-1 this season after defeating Warner (Fla.) 45-0. Reinhardt hosts Campbellsville (Ky.) on Saturday.

Keiser (Fla.) fell four spots to No. 8 after earning 302 points in the poll. The Seahawks are 1-1 and are back in action on September 25 when they host Point (Ga.).

Georgetown (Ky.) moved up two spots to No. 11. The Tigers earned 273 points in the poll and are 2-0 after defeating Webber International (Fla.) 31-21. Georgetown is back in action on September 25 when they travel to Bluefield (Va.).

Faulkner (Ala.) and Cumberlands (Ky.) are mentioned in the receiving votes section of the poll. The Eagles earned 35 points in the poll while the Patriots tallied 15.

Northwestern (Iowa) sits in second with 398 points while Morningside (Iowa) is third with 390 points. Grand View (Iowa) and Concordia (Mich.) round out the top 25 with 370 and 354 points, respectively.

The poll was voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences.

The next regular season poll is scheduled to come out on Monday, September 20.
