Sony launches WF-C500, its most-affordable wireless earbuds in India – Times of India

Sony has expanded its range of wireless earbuds in India. The company has introduced Sony WF-C500 truly wireless earbuds. The new device comes with an IPX4 rating and is claimed to deliver a battery life of up to 20 hours.

Sony WF-C500 earbuds are priced at Rs 5,990. The new wireless earbuds will be available across Sony retail stores (Sony Center and Sony Exclusive), www.ShopatSC.com portal, major electronic stores and other e-commerce websites in the country from January 16. Buyers will be able to choose from four colour options- black, white, orange and green.

Sony WF-C500 wireless earbuds come integrated with Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE) which is said to deliver high-quality sound. Users can tailor the sound experience on the earbuds using the Equalizer setting in the Sony Headphones Connect app.

It can deliver a playback time of 10 hours on a single charge. The device is claimed by the company to deliver a long-lasting battery life of up to 20 hours with the charging case. The earbuds also offer 10-minute quick charge support as well.
Sony WF-C500 truly wireless earbuds come with IPX4 water resistance. It can withstand both splashes and sweat. The earbuds feature a comfortable, compact and stylish design and are said to offer a secure fit in the ear.
The charging case has a translucent lid with a texture like frosted glass gives the case a stylish, luxurious look and feel.
The earbuds are equipped with easy operation buttons. Users can play, stop, or skip through tracks and adjust the volume using the buttons. They can also access preferred voice assistants- Google Assistant or Siri to make and receive calls hands-free.
