Sony PlayStation Plus March 2023 Titles Revealed During State of Play Including Battlefield 2042, Minecraft Dungeons and More

PlayStation’s State of Play event just came to a close and players were graced with a whole bunch of announcements during the event.

Not only did we get an extended look at Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Street Fighter 6 and Resident Evil 4’s gameplay, but five new titles for Sony’s PlayStation VR2 were revealed as well. At the event, PlayStation also took to the stage to announce the free monthly PS Plus Games for March.

In the month of March, PS Plus players will be provided with Battlefield 2042, Minecraft Dungeons and Code Vein.

Battlefield 2042

Battlefield 2042 is a title that did not have the smoothest launch and was met with some harsh criticism from players. More than a year from the game’s release, the developers have been able to make the situation somewhat better and the game has finally started receiving praises. In this first-person shooter, players will need to take on a near-future world transformed by disorder that includes 128 players at a time. Drop in and be a part of the mayhem.

Minecraft Dungeons

This is not the Minecraft game that you might be used to seeing, but it does pick up whole bunch of elements from the original. Minecraft Dungeons is an action-adventure title that gives players a chance to showcase their dungeon crawling skills. Players can either take on these challenges solo or team up with 3 other friends. There is a whole roster of varied levels to explore, a plethora of treasures to find, a bunch of villagers to save and hordes of enemies to kill.

Code Vein

Another multiplayer title for players to try out is Code Vein, and they can play this game with another friend or solo through the help of AI. The game is set in a world of destruction, where the unique story drives you through a series of dungeons. It is your task to take care of the obstacles and enemies that come your way by coordinating and strategically planning your every approach. Work with your friend and AI companion to go through all dungeons to unlock rewards and customize your character.
