sprinklr: Google Cloud Marketplace now offers the Sprinklr platform – Times of India

Sprinklr, the enterprises’ integrated customer experience management platform (Unified-CXM), is now available on Google Cloud via the Sprinklr platform.
The availability of the Sprinklr platform on the Google Cloud Marketplace can provide a number of benefits, including integrated Google Cloud billing, a faster and simpler procurement cycle, and a dollar-to-dollar drawdown for Google Cloud initiatives. It can further free up funds to aid in the development of insight-based strategies and improved customer experiences, claimed the company.
Customers who have chosen Sprinklr hosted on GCP, the Modern Care Lite, Sprinklr’s first self-service product, can also use it. This customer service solution integrates more than 12 popular care channels, including social, messaging, chat, email, and voice. Sprinklr Modern Care Lite employs artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze each conversation in real-time, reducing the need for support by providing automated self-service options. When a customer needs to contact customer service, advanced features like guided workflows enable the agent to provide a solution almost immediately.
Customers can start using Modern Care Lite right away and see its value within 5 minutes with a 30-day free trial.
“Being available on the Google Cloud Marketplace, customers can quickly deploy and scale the Sprinklr platform on Google Cloud’s powerful, secure, and reliable infrastructure,” said Doug Barut, Senior Vice President of Global Alliances at Sprinklr.
