Starfield is all set to be Xbox’s biggest release of the year.
The upcoming Bethesda space RPG title has been touted as Xbox’s saving grace following disappointing launches of 2023 exclusives like Redfall.
The game will be the focal point at the upcoming Starfield Direct, which takes place after the Xbox Games Showcase on June 11. The event will feature a ton of details about the game, which includes new gameplay footage, and behind-the-scenes looks as well.
Along with that, it’s been reported that Xbox will also unveil themed accessories for the game. Last month, we reported the leaked images of a Starfield-themed Xbox controller doing the rounds of the internet.
Now, prominent leaker Billbil-Kun has confirmed that the controller will be officially unveiled at the upcoming Xbox event. Along with that, the leaker has also corroborated the rumors of a themed wireless headset by confirming that it will also be announced at the Starfield Direct.
Billbil-kun has also revealed that while the Starfield-themed Xbox controller will cost $79.99, the themed wireless headset will come in at $129.99. Fans can also rejoice with the news that the accessories will be available in Europe as well. In the European region, the controller and headset will cost €74.99 and €124.99, respectively.
The Xbox Games Showcase will take place on June 11 at 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET/ 6 PM GMT/ 11:30 IST, with the Starfield Direct beginning shortly after its conclusion. Starfield will release for the Xbox Series X|S and PC on September 6.
