Steam Announce Summer Spotlight as the Hub for Upcoming Livestream Events Such as Summer Game Fest, Xbox Games Showcase, and More

The month of June will be packed with several gaming-related announcements, as several industry figures showcase what they have in store for the future.

June will feature several events and showcases, where gaming studios, publishers, and platforms will reveal what they have been working on for a while.

With so many events to keep track of, chances are you might miss out on some of the upcoming exciting announcements. However, worry not, as Steam has you covered.

The Valve-owned platform has announced the Summer Spotlight, a new hub for all gaming-related events, which will take place between June 7-13.

For the next few days, Steam Summer Spotlight will feature livestreams from showcases along with links to participating pages, and even recaps to show what went down.

The Summer Spotlight begins on June 7 with the Guerrilla Games, which airs at 9 PM IST. The Steam hub will end the final showcase of the 2023 edition of IGN Summer of Gaming, which is scheduled to begin at 9:30 PM on June 13.

Between June 7-13, the hub will feature major events such as the Summer Game Fest on June 8, PC Gamer’s PC Gaming Show and The Xbox Games Showcase on June 11, and more.
