Steam UI Gets a Revamp with Big Picture Mode from Steam Deck, Framework Now Supplying 2TB SSDs for the Hand-Held Console
The Steam Deck is a device that has revolutionised the portable gaming space. Never would have a PC player imagined that they would be able to play their favourite Steam titles on the go. The portable console is now readily available without the need of a prior reservation and provides access to a plethora of games from the Steam Marketplace.
2TB SSD storage upgrade for Steam Deck
A company that is known for providing upgrades to existing consumer electronics, Framework, has just released an enhancement for the Steam Deck. This is the Western Digital SN740 NVMe -M.2 2230 SSD. Through this upgrade, Steam Deck owners will find an significant increase in their read and write speeds, and it’s also available with a 2TB option. Framework was able to sell out all of their 2TB 2230 SSDs within a day of their announcement and have ordered for fresh stock.

Steam client update brings Big Picture Mode along with other changes
Steam has just released a new client update that adds some general changes and fixes, along with that we get the long awaited Big Picture Mode readily available after months of beta testing. The new update brings a whole bunch of changes to the Big Picture Mode UI, such as hotkeys, visual keyboard enhancements, and more along with some fixes too.
Steam Deck has also received an update in the past, which fix the issue that was hindering Proton. Proton is a layer of software that makes provisions for Window games to run on the Steam Deck. Though there is a manual input required in order to use this feature, it helps players run their beloved Ubisoft titles on the Steam Deck.
