Studio Ghibli producer Toshio Suzuki said that the decision to not release any trailers or preview images was made by Miyazaki himself. Miyazaki wanted to create a sense of mystery around the film and let viewers experience it for the first time when it is released in cinemas.
Fans are eager to learn more about How Do You Live? The film is based on a novel of the same name by Genzaburo Yoshino, and it tells the story of a young boy who is trying to find his place in the world.
