Tears of the Kingdom Glitch Lets You Duplicate Any Material for Infinite Rupees

Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom players have discovered a new glitch that allows them to infinitely duplicate any resource that can be fused with an arrow.

Videos of the glitch like this one from Linkus7 on YouTube began appearing earlier this week, detailing how you can exploit Link’s Fuse ability to duplicate resources. These resources include high price tag items like diamonds which can then be sold essentially for endless rupees.

All players need are two bows and an item that can be fused to an arrow, which includes anything from eyeballs to precious stones. You can watch a guide on this and other duplication glitches above.

The glitch sees players bring out a bow and attach an item to an arrow, then navigate to the bow menu and drop the currently equipped weapon before selecting a second bow without leaving the menu.

Players then quickly unpause and pause the game and proceed to drop the second bow from within the menu. Both bows can then be picked up, now with two items attached. Rinse, repeat, and sell to Beedle.

It’s worth noting that we don’t know what, if anything, the exploit might do to your game in the long term, and it is likely to be patched out fairly quickly in a future update (currently working in version 1.1.0).
