Tecno Phantom X2 to launch globally on December 7: All details – Times of India

Chinese smartphone maker Tecno has announced its plans to launch its next flagship smartphone. The device will come as the successor to the Tecno Phantom X phone, which was introduced in 2021. Tecno has confirmed the launch of the Phantom X2 series in December and also mentioned that it will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC in contrast to its predecessor, which was powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 chipset.

During the November 22 webinar, ‘The Push Towards Premium: Changing Smartphone Preferences and the Technology Behind Them,” the company announced the launch of the Phantom X2 smartphone.The upcoming Tecno handset is set to launch on December 7 across global markets.

As per the company, the flagship Tecno Phantom X2 series will be unveiled in Dubai on December 7 and will offer consumers around the world Phantom’s ground-breaking innovation along with a remarkable premium smartphone user experience.
In terms of enhanced imaging performance, Tecno claimed that the phone powered by Dimensity 9000 will foster a fluid creative experience with multi-exposure and complex HDR shooting modes, easily capturing greater levels of light and shade in photographs and videos, even in indoor or low-light conditions.
Tecno Phantom X: Features
Tecno Phantom X smartphone features a 6.7-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The smartphone comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup with 50MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 13MP portrait sensor. The Tecno Phantom X houses a dual camera setup (48MP+8MP) on the front for video calls and selfies. The device packs a 4700mAh battery unit that supports 33W of fast charging.
