NEW DELHI: Tecno Pova 2 is the company’s latest budget smartphone to launch in India. Successor to the Teno Pova, launched in 2020, the smartphone comes at a starting price tag of Rs 10,999. Tecno Pova 2 smartphone comes with a unique textured effect it runs on Android 11 operating system and comes with dual SIM support. Tecno Pova 2 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 processor and features a 6.9-inch FHD+ display with 1080×2460 pixel resolution. The smartphone comes in two variants — 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage and 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The smartphone sports a 48MP quad-rear camera setup and an 8MP front camera. The device houses a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 7,000 mAh battery with fast charging support.
This big battery smartphone from Tecno will take on Xiaomi’s Redmi 9 Power smartphone, one of the popular smartphones in this segment. The Xiaomi phone houses a 6,000 mAh battery and is available at a starting price of Rs 10,999. Redmi 9 power comes with a 6.5-inch full HD+ display and runs Android 10 operating system. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor and sports a 48MP quad rear camera.
