In the world of filmmaking, Quality Control, which is commonly known as QC, involves the final thorough check of the exported version of a movie or TV show.
This version includes the final edit, background score, color grading, VFX and many more, and it’s usually done to see how the production will look in an environment like TVs or movie theaters.
If a movie passes the QC, the finished product will then be distributed around the world for viewing on movie screens and streaming services.
Matt Reeves’s tweet about The Batman’s QC confirms the end of post-production for everyone involved in the film’s making as the director has finalized the editing, music, VFX and the other components that go into the movie.
This would also mean that the director is pretty happy with the footage, and fans won’t have to worry about any last-minute changes with reshoots of any kind.
With the movie set to release on March 4, the marketing will now be in full swing and fans should expect to some appearances from the movie’s stars, which include Robert Pattinson, Zoë Kravitz, Colin Farrell, Andy Serkis, Paul Dano and more.

Since then, fans have known a lot more about the characters in Pattinson’s Dark Knight, Kravitz’s Catwoman, Dano’s Riddler, Farell’s Penguin, Serkis’ Alfred and more.
Recently, The Batman was confirmed to have a PG-13 rating even though Reeves’ has revealed tiny tidbits about the movie’s dark and gritty tone.
The director has also revealed that the movie will delve deep into the psyche of Pattinson’s Batman, and with a nearly three-hour long film, it seems like DC fans will definitely have a one-of-a-kind story involving Bruce Wayne and Gotham, and they can’t wait for the release date to come soon enough.
