The Last of Us Part 1 PC Latest Patch Still Hasn’t Fixed the Camera Jitters

The Last of Us is a series that has special place in the heart of the gaming fans. The Part 1 of the series has received a lot of love lately due to The Last of Us HBO series starring Game of Thrones’ Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey as Joel and Ellie, respectively. The HBO series has managed to gain a great amount of viewership and popularity through nine episodes that came out in Season 1.

Sony also recently released The Last of Us Part 1 for PC following its trend of importing PlayStation exclusives to the platform. However, the port didn’t have the smoothest of launches and was riddled with bugs instead on Day 1. The developers are still working out many of the technical issues of the game, therefore getting The Last of Us Part 1 verified for Steam Deck isn’t a priority for them right now.

Most recently, Naughty Dog released patch v1.0.1.7 for The Last of Us Part 1. This hotfix works towards resolving the game randomly crashing on GeForce RTX 30 series GPUs. Moreover the patch also fixes issues related to the UI/UX, Xbox controller inputs, HUD, shortcuts, memory crash issues, and additional bugs.

However, there is one specific issue that players want Naughty Dog to fix, but it has been delayed. This issue is related to the camera jitters occur when using the mouse on PC. Naughty Dog stated that it originally wanted to fix this issue in the same update, but due to unexpected problems it had to be push it to a later date.

On Friday, April 7, Naughty Dog will be releasing a new patch for the title which will provide more improvements and also let the players know the company’s plans for the game and the Steam Deck Verification situation.
