These Motorola smartphones confirmed to get Android 13 update – Times of India

Motorola released a list of its smartphones in August which will receive the Android13 update. The company has now added ten devices to the list.
The Lenovo-owned smartphone maker has revealed the list of 10 new Motorola smartphones which will get the Android 13 update. “We know OS updates are important to our consumers, and we want to ensure they have the latest technology and the best experience on their Motorola devices. Below is the list of Motorola smartphones expected to receive an Android 13TM OS upgrade. Android 13 rollout on select Motorola devices will begin in early 2023, with all models expected to be updated following appropriate testing and approvals”, said Moto Agent.

Android 13 features
With Android 13 update, the Motorola users will get to experience the native features of the OS after the software update. With Android 13, the Moto users will be able to use features like new material theme design – Android 13’s design takes things to the next step with auto-theming icons that adapt to the theme and wallpaper, extended colour palette that puts more controls in users’ hands and smoother animations.
The photo picker privacy feature of Android 13 is all about offering more privacy and control over photos an app can access. The photo picker now only lets apps access photos that you allow and not the entire photo library as before. It is also more visually polished and organised.
One of the most important features that Android 13 has is the new notification permissions. Now, Apps have been seeking permissions for calls, contacts, cameras, etc. With Android 13, they will also have to ask permission to send push notifications as well.
