Mark Zuckerberg Meta has launched a new messaging app called Threads, which is a direct challenge to Twitter. The app is designed to facilitate text-based conversations and is being promoted as Instagram’s own text-based conversation app. Threads app has gained a good response as it attained over 70 million sign-ups within days of it being launched.
Threads app is currently available for free download on the Apple Store and Google Play in more than 100 countries. It has the same visual style as Twitter allowing users to post short messages that can be liked, shared, and commented on.
For those who used Twitter and are worried about their billion followers there, they can get adopt certain ways to get some of their Twitter followers on Threads as well. If you want to reconnect with people you interacted with on Twitter, then you need to follow some tips and tricks.

Link Your Instagram
Although your followers list might be very different on Twitter and Instagram, some of adopters with big followings on Threads might want to bring their community and blue checkmark from Instagram to Threads. If you follow friends on Instagram, when you sign up for Threads, you will get an option to follow all your Instagram friends, if they have Threads accounts. This will help you regain those followers which are common between your IG and Twitter accounts.
However keep in mind that once the accounts are connected, you will not be able to fully delete your Threads accounts without deleting your Instagram as well.
