Tottenham boss Antonio Conte ‘frustrated’ and could ‘go and take Man Utd job’ – EXCLUSIVE
Tottenham boss Antonio Conte is “frustrated” and could “go and take the Manchester United job” according to former midfielder Jamie O’Hara, speaking exclusively to Express Sport. The Italian took the helm in north London in November following the sacking of Nuno Espirito Santo.
Spurs are unbeaten in the top flight since Conte was appointed after winning six of their last nine games and drawing the other three.
On Wednesday night, Conte appeared to be heading for his first loss in charge as the north Londoners trailed Leicester 2-1 deep into stoppage time at the end of the match.
But substitute Steven Bergwijn grabbed an equaliser in the 95th minute, before firing home a winner two minutes later to send the Spurs fans into hysterics.
Conte has since urged club chiefs to back him in the transfer market and admitted he hoped bosses would “listen” to him.
And O’Hara has exclusively revealed to Express Sport that he thinks the 52-year-old could make a swift exit if he is ignored.

But O’Hara, who played 56 times for the Lilywhites, has slammed Daniel Levy and has claimed the Spurs chairman winds him up.
“We’re always scrimping and scraping – Daniel Levy is always trying to look for a deal,” the 35-year-old added.
“He always leaves it to the last minute. It just winds me up.
“Get them now because there are six games coming up which are massive and that could be the biggest part of our season.
“We are right there. We’ve got so many points to still get over Chelsea, West Ham and Arsenal.
“We could breeze into the top four if we sign a couple of players – we’ve just got to get them over the line. Just spend the dough.”
