Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Reveals New Character Posters

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts Reveals New Character Posters

Paramount has revealed three new posters for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts ahead of the movie’s June release.

The trio of posters show off three of the movie’s lead Transformers. You of course know Optimus Prime — the leader of the Autobots — who inhabits one of the posters. But we’re also getting a close-up look at Autobot spy Mirage, as well as the new Optimus Primal.

Optimus Primal takes the shape of a mechanical gorilla, and is the leader of Rise of the Beasts’ Maximals. You can take a look at the posters for yourself below.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is coming to theaters on June 9. The movie stars Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Peter Dinklage, Michelle Yeoh, Tobe Nwigwe, Peter Cullen, Ron Perlman, and more.

Rise of the Beasts takes place in the 1990s, and it introduces the new Maximals faction to the existing battle on earth between the Autobots and Decepticons. The movie’s first teaser trailer introduced the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the live-action Transformers universe. It’s the first theatrical Transformers movie since 2018’s Bumblebee, and the seventh movie in the live-action franchise overall.

Rise of the Beasts was first announced in 2021, but was delayed a whole year until June 2023. For more on Transformers, check out how to watch all the Transformers movies in order as well as why Michael Bay wished he’d stopped making Transformers movies.
