However, it will disappear once the profile is refreshed or the Twitter app is force-shut, and only the user can see it.

The reason for this temporary re-verification method remains unclear, but it appears to be a bug that Twitter may fix in the future. Users can only regain their Blue Tick permanently by paying for a monthly subscription, which costs Rs 900 for Android or iOS smartphone subscribers and Rs 650 for Twitter Web subscribers.
