For anyone looking for a more budget-friendly option, Razer now has two new entries in the BlackWidow V4 line that inherit several features from their older sibling.
Both the Razer BlackWidow V4 and BlackWidow V4 X feature Razer’s Gen-3 mechanical switches, and for inputs, you’ll be able to choose between Razer’s Green Clicky Switches or Yellow Mechanical Switches. Green switches generally have louder tactile feedback, while the Yellow switches are smoother and produce less noise when you hit those keys. They sport Razer’s signature style of brushed metal and slick black finishes and come with two-year warranties. Both keyboards are available to purchase now at Amazon and directly from Razer.

The $170 BlackWidow V4 comes with Chroma lighting, six dedicated macro keys, Doubleshot ABS Keycaps, per-key lighting, and a versatile multi-function roller with four media keys. Other neat features include an 8000 Hz HyperPolling rate, two-side underglow RGB lighting, and a magnetic plush leatherette wrist rest to keep you comfortable during those marathon gaming sessions.

Moving on to the $130 Black Widow V4 X, this keyboard is more focused on durable build quality and comes with fewer extras to keep its price at an affordable level. It has Chroma RGB lighting, six customizable and dedicated macro keys, and a multi-function roller. Additionally, it has secondary media keys and internal sound-dampening foam to reduce unwanted pinging while gaming.
