Tyson Fury revealed Derek Chisora was calling him ‘a little b****’ during their brutal heavyweight fight. Fury beat Chisora to a pulp over 10 spiteful rounds, forcing referee Victor Loughlin to step in and stop the fight in the 10th round.
The self-styled Gypsy King had Chisora hurt badly on several occasions and comfortably won every round, landing thunderous combinations and uppercuts at will. Chisora’s face was left a bloodied mess come the end of the fight and could barely see out of his right eye.
Fury, who is close friends with Chisora, lavished praise on his opponent and even got the whole 60,000 crowd to sing the veteran’s name. The WBC champion also gave an insight into the back and forth the pair had in the ring.
Speaking to BT Sport, Fury said: “What a warrior Chisora is and he took shots which would have stopped any other fighter. I needed some rounds because I had not boxed since April and I thought I fought well.

“I’ve already done one Ukrainian Klitschko and I’ll do you too gappy teeth. You ugly little man. Let’s get it on. You may laugh, but I will end you, you little sucker. What are you going to do? You’re going to do nothing.”
However, any hopes of the undisputed heavyweight fight with Usyk may be put on the back burner after Fury worryingly claimed he would need surgery on an elbow injury following his win over Chisora.
According to iFL TV, Fury told ESPN he would need six to eight weeks for his injury to heal after surgery but stated he will be prepared to face Usyk once he has recovered. Usyk’s team are currently in talks with Fury’s about making the first heavyweight undisputed fight in the four-belt era but the Brit insisted he’d take a clash against Joe Joyce if a deal can’t be reached with the Ukrainian.
Crashing Joyce’s interview with BT Sport, Fury said: “I want to come and call him out again. No-one calls out Joyce. He deserves a world title shot. If the rabbit [Oleksandr Usyk] doesn’t fight, then me and Joe will do Wembley. There you are, it’s on telly.”
