Uber is now available on India’s most popular app Whatsapp. All the features of booking cabs, bikes, and autos are now on WhatsApp. From booking a ride to getting a trip receipt everything will be managed through WhatsApp. The feature was first tested in Lucknow on December 21. However, this feature will initially be available in the Delhi NCR region.

The Meta-owned messaging app is the most popular in the country with over 400 million users. With the integration, users will not have to download the Uber App to book a cab.

Uber provides all the security features through WhatsApp. Maybe this feature will bypass the uber app completely if they want. Through WhatsApp, riders can book their rides in Hindi or English. Uber supports two languages i.e. Hindi and English.
