ViewSonic has launched two new X series LED projectors, the X1 and X2, in India. The two projectors are the company’s first lamp-free high-brightness smart projectors for homes and come with smart features.

The new X-series LED projectors – X1 and X2 – are said to be meant for all home entertainment spaces and come fitted with 3rd generation LED technology, delivering brighter visuals and vibrant colours, with a lifespan of 30,000 hours.
The X1 and X2 LED projectors replace hazardous mercury projecting lamps with 3,100 LEDs, giving lumens of brightness. These projectors cover 125 per cent of the Rec 709 wide colour gamut, providing true-to-life output, which does not get affected by ambient light.
The X1-smart LED home projector can be mounted on the ceiling, while the X2 is a short-throw projector that can easily be placed on a tabletop. The two projectors project a 100-inch large screen from just 1.53m away. Both the projectors come with built-in dual Harmon Kardon speakers.
The ViewSonic X1 and X2 projectors offer a simple and intuitive setup. The two projectors come with a screen mirroring feature, allowing easy streaming to a big screen. The projector can also be connected to a gaming console via the USB-C port. Furthermore, the projector has Bluetooth and a Wi-Fi connectivity.
