viral fission: GoodGameNation teams up with Viral Fission to create inter-college ‘e-sports IPL’ – Times of India
Indian esports platform GoodGameNation (GG Nation) has teamed up with youth community platform Viral Fission. The multi-year partnership aims to create one of the country’s largest esports inter-collegiate competition.
Over the next three years, GG Nation reportedly plans to host 16,000-plus intra-college collegiate events and around ten national-level tournaments. Approximately Rs 3 crore prize money will be distributed during these events.
Other than the the prize pool and events, the partnership will create esports ‘campus communities’ in 3000 colleges across India. The campuses will provide players coaching and open the door to potential career opportunities.
