Virgin Media users offered £200 off their broadband and TV bills

Virgin Media has just announced a limited-time deal that gives customers a nice cashback bonus when they sign up for certain TV and broadband bundles. The new deals – which are only available until Thursday, September 8 – include £200 paid back into accounts with bundles including the Bigger Movies, Bigger Sports or the Ultimate Volt plan.

The credit can then be used to reduce the monthly bills with those taking out the Bigger Movies and Bigger Sports bundles basically getting the first three months free and anyone signing up for the Ultimate Volt option getting the first two months without paying a penny.

All of these deals include access to a swathe of TV channels and speedy broadband with the Ultimate Volt option even including blisteringly quick Gig1 downloads and an unlimited O2 SIM for your smartphone.

So that’s the deals from Virgin Media but before you sign on the dotted line it’s also worth checking out what Sky has on offer right now.

The TV and broadband firm has just announced that some of its new contracts now come with a price freeze which means things won’t go up when the usual yearly increases are announced.

Sky’s price freeze is available across a number of plans including the firm’s Superfast, Ultrafast and Gigafast bundles with prices starting from just £25 per month.

Along with that broadband offer, Sky is also offering users the chance to get its Q Lite bundle for just £30 per month which is also fixed until 2024.

This feature-packed option includes an award-winning Sky Q box and Superfast broadband.
