Vivo T2 launch date confirmed: here are the expected specifications
The Vivo T2 will debut as a successor to Vivo T1 that hit Indian shores in February. Previously, we had spotted the Vivo T2 on the IMEI database. The phone is also available to pre-order on Suning and JD.com. Let’s take a look at what the Vivo T2 has in store for us.
Vivo T2 specifications
Vivo T2 specs
- 6.62-inch AMOLED 120Hz display
- Snapdragon 870 chipset
- 8/12GB RAM and 128/256GB storage
- 4,700mAh battery, 80W charging
- 64MP + 12MP + 2MP triple rear camera
- 16MP selfie shooter
- Android 12-based OriginOS Ocean
Vivo T2 is expected to flaunt a 6.62-inch AMOLED panel that supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a centred punch-hole cutout for selfie snapper. The heart of the device could be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset, paired with 8/12 RAM and 128/256GB storage. Powering the Vivo T2 is likely a 4,700mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
Vivo T2 houses a triple camera setup at the back, which could include a 64MP primary camera alongside a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP portrait sensor. A 16MP camera on the front is expected to take care of selfie needs. It will boot Android 12-based OriginOS Ocean out of the box.
Since the Vivo T1-series, including Vivo T1, T1 Pro, and Vivo T1 44W, were launched in India, we expect the Vivo T2 to follow its predecessor’s footsteps and debut soon after it hits the Chinese shores.
