Similar to the earlier leaked renders, the leaked live image (via PLAYFULDROID) shows that the Vivo X Flip includes a circular camera module identical to those seen in other X series smartphones. The camera module is placed in the top left corner of the phone in the unfolded stage. When folded, the cover display sits atop the camera module. Meanwhile, it is likely confirmed that the device has the purple colour variant, as seen in the image.

Vivo X Flip specifications (expected)

The Vivo X Flip might come with a 6.8-inch FHD+ main display with a 120Hz refresh rate. On the other hand, the secondary display will likely offer HD resolution. It is expected that the Vivo X Flip will sport a 50MP primary camera and 12MP ultrawide camera by Zeiss. However, it is still unconfirmed.

The upcoming Vivo X Flip is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. As per reports, the smartphone will be paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The phone may come with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and will support 44W fast charging.

The company has not yet revealed the launch date, but it is said that the Vivo’s first clamshell-designed smartphone might be launched this month alongside the Vivo X Fold 2.
