Vivo X90 series fast charging display specifications revealed: launch date, specifications

Vivo X90 series to be the world’s first to feature Samsung’s E6 panel

As seen in the images above, the Vivo X90 series will be the world’s first to feature Samsung’s most advanced E6 panel and BOE’s most advanced Q9 panel. While the former’s most straightforward advantage is a brightness boost, the latter impacts the screen image quality.

The Vivo X90 Pro+ is going to sport a curved display. All three smartphones in the lineup will come with a centrally aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. Plus, the Vivo X90 series will feature a high frequency of up to 2160Hz for an improved viewing experience and eye comfort.

Vivo X90 120W

Furthermore, Vivo has also confirmed that the Vivo X90 series will feature up to 120W fast charging support over a USB Type-C charging port. We can expect the devices to support wireless charging as well.

Vivo X90 Pro+ specifications (expected)

Coming to the specifications, the Vivo X90 Pro+ is said to sport a 6.78-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, which will likely be paired with at least 8GB RAM and at least 256GB storage. In terms of software, the Vivo X90 Pro+ is expected to boot Android 13 out of the box.

Speaking of the cameras, the Vivo X90 Pro+ is tipped to feature a 50MP Sony IMX989 1-inch sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide sensor, a 50MP telephoto sensor, and a 64MP periscope sensor. At the front, the device will likely make room for a 32MP selfie snapper.
