The Vivo X90, X90 Pro, and X90 Pro+ also ship with Android 13 OS out of the box, a 32MP selfie shooter on all models, a 50MP primary camera sensor on the back, and up to 120W fast charging. The Vivo X90 series come with Zeiss optics and the Pro models get a leather finish on the back. There’s a dedicated Vivo V2 chip for AI tasks.

Vivo X90: Vivo X90 sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, punch-hole cutout, HDR10+, 300Hz touch sampling rate, and 2,800×1,260 pixels resolution. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset paired with Immortalis-G715, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. The phone runs on Android 13-based OriginOS 3 out of the box.

The Vivo X90 packs a 4,810mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging support. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. The phone measures 164×74.4×8.8mm and weighs 195 grams. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, stereo speakers, aptX HD, and Hi-Res audio.

Moving to optics, the Vivo X90 will have triple cameras on the back, with a 50MP IMX866 primary sensor with an f/1.75 aperture, OIS, EIS, and LED flash, a 12MP portrait sensor with f/2.0 aperture and 2x optical zoom, and a 12MP ultrawide sensor with f/2.0 aperture. There is a 32MP snapper on the front with f/2.45 for selfies and video calls.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 coupled with Immortalis G715 GPU, up to 12GB RAM, and 512GB storage. Android 13-based OriginOS 3 takes care of the software side of things.

Vivo X90 Pro has a 4,870 mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging support. Vivo X90 Pro+: Vivo X90 Pro+ has a 6.78-inch QHD+ LTPO 4.0 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, 3200×1440 pixels resolution, punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper, 1800nits peak brightness, Dolby Vision, 517 PPI, 360Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+, and DC Dimming. The Vivo X90 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with Adreno 740 GPU for graphics.

There is up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage that is not further expandable. The phone runs on Android 13-based OriginOS 3 custom skin out of the box.

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for security and a 4700mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging support. The phone measures  164.3×75.3×9.7mm and weighs 220 grams. There is an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

Lastly, the Vivo X90 Pro+ has quad-cameras on the back, with a 1-inch 50MP IMX989 primary sensor with f/1.75 aperture, a 50MP IMX758 portrait sensor with f/1.6 aperture, a 48MP ultrawide sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 64MP OV64B40 telephoto sensor with an f/3.5 aperture. There is a 32MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.
