Vivo Y21s launched in Indonesia with 50MP triple rear camera – Times of India
Vivo has launched a new budget category phone. Called the Vivo Y21s, the smartphone has debuted in the Indonesian market. It is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core chipset and houses a 5,000mAh battery.
The handset comes in single 4GB RAM. It is paired with 128GB storage capacity and carries a price tag of IDR 2,799,000. This roughly translates to Rs 14,000 in India.
The handset is offered in two colour options- Midnight Blue and Pearl White. There is no information about the phone’s availability in other markets.
Vivo Y21s: Specifications
Vivo Y21s has a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with a resolution of 720×1,600 pixels. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 gaming chipset and runs on FunTouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11 operating system.
As mentioned above, the phone packs 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. It comes with a microSD card slot to expand the storage capacity up to 1TB. The device is backed by a 5,000mAh battery. It is paired with an 18 watt fast charging feature.
To perform camera duties, Vivo Y21s offers a triple camera setup at the back. The handset is equipped with a 50MP primary camera (f/1.8 aperture) paired with a 2MP sensor (f/2.4 aperture) and a 2MP sensor (f/2.4 aperture).
At the front, the smartphone has an 8MP camera for selfies. 4G, GPS, Bluetooth v5, Wi-Fi and USB Type-C port are the charging features available on Vivo Y21s. The handset also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
