Vivo recently launched its new Y35 smartphone in India. Now it appears that the company is all set to launch a new Y-series smartphone in the country. Launched in Indonesia this week, the poster of the upcoming Vivo smartphone was spotted online. The poster reveals the design and some specifications of the upcoming Vivo smartphone.
According to the poster shared by Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom Vivo may soon launch the Y22 smartphone in India. The poster also suggests that the customers will get cashback of Rs 1000 on SBI Bank, Kotak Bank, and OneCard. The poster also suggests that the smartphone will house a 5000 mAh battery and sport a 50MP main camera.

It is also expected that the Chinese smartphone maker will launch the Indonesian variant in India without any changes.
Vivo Y22 specifications (Indonesian variant)
Vivo Y22 comes with a 6.55-inch full HD display with 720×1612 pixel resolution. The smartphone runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of FunTouch OS.
The handset is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM. Vivo Y22 also offers extended RAM support and packs 128GB internal storage.
The smartphone sports a dual rear camera with 50MP main sensor and 2MP bokeh sensor. Front is home to an 8MP selfie shooter.
Vivo Y22 is backed by a 5000 mAh battery and comes with 18W fast charging support. The smartphone comes with IP54 rating which makes it water-resistant.
