Waluigi Finally Gets The Spotlight With This Mario Frozen Pizza

Nintendo is at it again with another collaboration. This time it’s with Freiberger Lebensmittel GmbH, a German frozen food brand, to create Mario-themed frozen pizzas. And at long last, Waluigi is going to be a star.

According to a Nintendo Wire report, the Mario pizzas will come in two boxes with different toppings. The first one will have Mario and Luigi on the box and will come with chorizo, salami, and spicy calabrese salami cubes. The other one will feature their evil counterparts, Wario and Waluigi, on the cover, and the pizza will have emmental, gorgonzola, mozzarella, and red cheddar.

Nintendo has been keeping Mario busy with other projects as of late. It made him and his friends the face of the upcoming Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios, which is set to open up to the public on February 17, 2023. Meanwhile, The Super Mario Bros. Movie hits theaters on April 7, 2023.

The Mario pizzas will begin hitting shelves on February 6 in Germany. Unfortunately, it’s unknown if these Mario-themed pizzas will ever become available outside of Germany.
