Wimbledon 2023 Day 2 Live Updates: Rybakina, Alcaraz, Murray among others in round one action

Wimbledon 2023 Day 2 Live Score: After an entertaining start on Monday where defending men’s singles champion Novak Djokovic and WTA world no.1 Iga Swiatek got off to a winning start, Day 2 at the All England Club has some other bigger names of draw raring to get their campaign starting. Defending women’s champion Elena Rybakina will open the Centre Court action while two-time winner Andy Murray plays fellow Brit Ryan Peniston. Meanwhile, men’s top seed Carlos Alcaraz will start the day on Court 1 before 2022 finalist Ons Jalbeur and local favourite Cameron Norrie kick off their campaigns. And later into the day, reigning Australian Open champion Aryna Sabalenka will look to make a strong start to her bid for a second Grand Slam title.

  We had a lot to take on Day 1 of Wimbledon, including an early entry for farce of the tournament with Novak Djokovic trying to dry Centre Court with his towel. Today we will see the man who beat him in the 2013 final starting his campaign on Centre Court.
