Xbox Game Pass Titles for April 2023 Announced Including Minecraft Legends, The Last Case of Benedict Fox and More

Xbox has revealed the list of new games coming to Game Pass this month. Minecraft Legends launched globally on April 18, and is now available on Xbox Game Pass as a day one release. There are more games lined up for release this month, such as The Last Case on Benedict Fox. Read on for the complete list of new additions to Game Pass in April 2023.

Upcoming day one releases

Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly (Cloud, Console, and PC) – April 20

This is the sequel to the 2020 indie game Coffee Talk. Just like its predecessor, this too, is a casual simulation game. Set in the late-night coffee shop barista, where you get to prepare and serve beverages to your customers.

Homestead Arcana (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X/S) – April 21

This is another casual indie game from Skybound Games. In this simulation RPG, you play as a witch who rebuilds a corrupted expanse of land with magic.

Cassette Beasts (PC) – April 26

This is a turn-based open-world RPG from indie developers Bytten Studio and Raw Fury. Here you will combine monsters to create more powerful beasts to defeat those of your enemies.

The Last Case of Benedict Fox (Console and PC) – April 27

This is a Lovecraftian Metroidvania style game from indie studios Plot twist and Rogue Games, Inc. As suggested by the title, you get to take on the last case of detective Benedict Fox, in a “twisted world of secret organizations, forbidden rituals, and cold-blooded murders.” As you search for clues in your investigations, you will explore the memories of the deceased victims.

Other titles coming soon to Xbox Game Pass

Bethesda and Arcane Studios are releasing Redfall next month, to a lot of anticipation. Xbox Wire reveals that Redfall will also join Game Pass as a Day One title on May 2nd when it launches globally.

In addition to these titles, the action-adventure RPG from 2021, Medieval Dynasty, will be available for Xbox One starting April 20. BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle Special Edition, the 2D cross-platform fighting game from Arc System Works, is also joining Game Pass for Cloud, consoles, and PC on April 27.

New DLCs and game updates on Xbox Game Pass for April

Vampire Survivors received its second DLC, The Tides of the Foscari earlier last week. The DLC is now available with Game Pass. Furthermore, Microsoft Flight Simulator will be getting a new game update with the World Update XIII: Oceania and Antarctica on April 25, via Game Pass. It will bring 15 new countries and 24 non-sovereign territories to explore in the game.

Titles leaving Xbox Game Pass this month

As usual, a couple of titles will be leaving Game Pass this month too. April 30 will mark the last day for the following games on Game Pass:
